Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an experienced APAC Supplier Quality & HSE Manager to strengthen supplier governance across Asia Pacific. You will manage supplier qualification, audits, and corrective actions while ensuring adherence to HSE requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8–10 years in Supplier Quality, Supplier Development or related quality function.
• Experience leading supplier audits, qualification programs and corrective actions.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA, FMEA, PPAP, APQP and audit management.
• Experience with electrical equipment, control panels or transformers is preferred.
• Fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier qualification and onboarding activities with risk assessments, audits, CAPA, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee supplier quality issues, non-conformances, and containment actions.
• Drive supplier performance through KPI tracking and development programs.
• Plan and conduct risk-based supplier audits across APAC.
• Collaborate with Engineering, SCM, Manufacturing and Projects to ensure quality before release.
