Job summary

Forvis Mazars Asia Pacific Services Sdn Bhd, a Kuala Lumpur-based shared service centre, invites an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead DP operations. The role covers recruitment, employee lifecycle, engagement, L&D, employer branding, and regional stakeholder management across APAC and beyond.

Based in Malaysia, you will drive efficiency and people-focused initiatives aligned with global Forvis Mazars standards.

Qualifications

Minimum degree holder in business or HR with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of HR practices and employment law.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Offshoring / shared service center experience preferred.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Propose and set up HR operational procedures for the Delivery Platform (DP).
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation for DP staff.
Organise staff events and Employer branding activities.
Act as main contact for DP engagements and manage resource allocation.
Communicate with stakeholders and project teams on status and welfare of DP staff.
Manage monthly expenses, service records, and vendor relations for DP.
Lead the HR & Admin team of DP and support special projects.
Promote Forvis Mazars culture and uphold company values within DP.
