Our client, a globally recognized multinational organization in medical and safety technology, seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to support APAC markets. You will analyze revenue, margins, and working capital, delivering strategic insights and leading forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans.

You will consolidate regional results, ensure reporting accuracy, and collaborate with regional teams, HQ, and external advisors on accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in automation, digital transformation, or process improvements beneficial.
• At least 10 years in multinational corporations in FP&A, Financial Controlling, or Finance Leadership.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• IFRS knowledge and experience with group reporting and consolidation.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a finance business partner to APAC markets and units, analyzing revenue, profitability, margins, and working capital.
• Deliver actionable financial insights to support strategic decisions and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead preparation, review, and challenge of forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans across APAC.
• Consolidate and analyze regional results for timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee revenue recognition, expenses, assets, liabilities, and financial data integrity.
• Collaborate with regional teams, HQ, and external advisors on accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance.
• Support governance, controls, and continuous improvements in processes.
• Identify cost optimization and cash flow improvement opportunities and drive efficiency.
• Coordinate sustainability/ESG reporting across APAC.
• Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive performance.
• Lead finance transformation using automation, AI, RPA and other tech to boost efficiency.
• Utilize SAP ERP, SAP Concur; SAC exposure is a plus.
