Job summary

Danone is seeking an IT & Data Cybersecurity Lead APAC based in Malaysia. The role strengthens governance, risk management, resilience, and operational security across APAC and translates global security requirements into regional execution.

The candidate will define the APAC roadmap, manage the risk portfolio, and lead a team of 4 while ensuring compliance with corporate cybersecurity standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity with governance focus.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent.
• Strong risk management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC cybersecurity roadmap aligned with global direction.
• Translate cybersecurity standards into local implementation.
• Own the APAC cybersecurity risk portfolio and ensure risks are managed.
• Establish governance, escalation, and reporting across IT and business stakeholders.
• Drive compliance with corporate cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of 4.
