Job summary

Danone is seeking an IT & Data Regional Cybersecurity Manager APAC - VAPT based in Malaysia to lead cybersecurity programs and risk management across the APAC region. The role requires driving transformation in an ambiguous environment and aligning regional priorities with global priorities to secure critical assets.

You will spearhead incident response, regional risk assessments, and policy implementation in collaboration with the Zone Cyber Lead and CISO teams, with emphasis on penetration

Qualifications

• Recognized degree or Master or professional qualification in Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
• 7+ years experience in technology and cybersecurity risk or related domain.
• Experience in conducting and management penetration testing and vulnerability management is a must.
• CISSP, CISM, CISA or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the key cyber contact for the region and manage relationships with business, IT & DATA and Product Owners.
• Drive cyber capability uplift for the region in line with central capabilities.
• Define regional KPIs and implement cyber policy in the region.
• Run local cybersecurity risk assessments and regional training campaigns.
• Act as incident response manager and coordinate crisis management for the region.
• Monitor and remediate critical vulnerabilities from penetration tests and incidents.
