Job summary

Danone is seeking an IT & Data Cybersecurity Lead APAC based in Malaysia to strengthen governance, risk management and resilience across the region. You will translate global security requirements into effective local execution and report to Global Cybersecurity.

The role leads a 4-person team, drives compliance with corporate standards, and collaborates with business units to implement security controls and manage risk.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in cybersecurity governance and leadership.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the APAC cybersecurity roadmap aligned with priorities.
• Translate standards and controls into practical local actions.
• Own APAC cybersecurity risk portfolio and prioritize risks.
• Establish governance, escalation and reporting across IT & business.
• Drive compliance with corporate cybersecurity requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of 4.
