Job summary

JLL in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an energetic real estate professional to support the CRE team with Transaction Management services for a major client in APAC. The role involves transacting, documenting, and coordinating lease and sale agreements across regions, ensuring compliance and profitability.

The successful candidate will have 2–3 years' experience in APAC real estate, fluency in Mandarin and English, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work in a matrix

Qualifications

• Fluent Mandarin and English required for cross-border coordination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with ability to work in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Support CRE transactions across the client’s leasing portfolio.
• Coordinate LOIs, leases, and sale agreements with lawyers and agents.
• Manage lease audits and review processes as needed.
• Analyse market rents and provide property strategy guidance.
• Maintain and organize lease documents using real estate systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives.
