Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Transaction Management Lead in Kuala Lumpur to oversee and execute corporate real estate transactions across a diverse Greater China portfolio.

You will bridge regional leadership with local stakeholders, landlords, and broker networks, driving end-to-end transaction delivery and governance. The role requires 6–10+ years in CRE, Mandarin proficiency, and strong financial modeling skills.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of CRE Transaction Management, Occupier Services, or Commercial/Industrial Leasing.
• Mandarin (Native or Professional Fluency).
• Must be able to read, draft, and negotiate legal/commercial contracts with Chinese landlords and authorities.
• English (Fluent): strong written and verbal communication for global leaders.
• Familiarity with both Grade-A office leasing and industrial/specialized spaces.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for financial analyses.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRE transactions across China, including acquisitions, renewals, and disposals.
• Act as the conduit between global/regional leads and local China-based stakeholders.
• Develop financial models, cost-benefit analyses, cash flow forecasts, and business cases.
• Ensure deal governance, lease administration, and compliance with approval processes.
• Coordinate with legal counsels, EHS, and authorities on regulations and contracts.
• Direct internal and external broker networks to source properties and negotiate terms.
