Haleon in Malaysia seeks a Senior Manager, CMO APAC to lead procurement for contract manufacturing. You will drive cost reductions, build strong supplier relationships, and shape procurement strategies to support product innovation and supply continuity across Asia-Pacific.

The role requires extensive experience in CMO procurement, negotiations, and risk management within a global consumer health framework. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Formación

• Master’s degree or MBA preferred in a related field.
• 12+ years in operational procurement, CMO management and cost optimization.
• Strong techno-commercial background and stakeholder management.
• Experience in cGMP OTC/FMCG environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement effective ways of working across BU, Directs, Cross-BU and cross-functional teams.
• Deliver cost reduction programs and targets with CMOs and suppliers.
• Build value pipelines for cost reduction through multiple streams (value engineering, alternate sourcing, automation).
• Lead negotiations and contract execution with CMOs to maximize Haleon’s opportunities.
• Plan robust sourcing strategies to support product innovation.
• Manage risk and ensure business continuity with supplier ecosystems.
