Job summary

Haleon, a leading consumer health company, invites applications for Senior Manager, CMO APAC within the Global Procurement organisation. You will lead CMOs for Haleon’s marketed products and future innovations, shaping procurement strategy to improve quality, service and cost performance.

You will partner with CMOs and regional teams to drive value, manage risk, and ensure compliant procurement processes across APAC, supporting supply continuity and stronger market competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or MBA with focus on procurement, supply chain, engineering, finance or business.
• Deep experience in procurement, contract manufacturing and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Manage CMOs for Haleon products and future innovations.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve quality, service and cost.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive cost reduction and value.
• Lead supplier performance management and risk mitigation across APAC.
• Negotiate and execute contracts with CMOs and suppliers.
• Drive adoption of Haleon procurement policies and compliant processes.
