Job summary

Chubb European Group Ltd. is seeking a Consumer Servicing Delivery Lead to drive large-scale transformations across APAC Consumer Operations, moving from traditional touchpoints to high-performing digital and voice self-service ecosystems.

You will own the end-to-end delivery, governance, and benefit realization, aligning regional needs with execution teams, and embedding a culture of continuous, reusable improvement.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in operations, change delivery, or digital transformation within financial services or insurance.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead, driving end-to-end change management and benefit realization.
• Background in enterprise cloud voice platforms and IVR optimization; NICE CXOne experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery roadmap, backlog, and release priorities across APAC.
• Lead initiatives from ideation through to delivery and post-implementation review with measurable benefits.
• Facilitate change management strategies and secure stakeholder buy-in across regional markets.
• Coordinate Servicing-to-Sales delivery and ensure post-release reporting and outcomes.
• Design and optimize call flows and self-service journeys to improve customer experience.
