Job summary

Zurich Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad is seeking an early-career digital marketer in Kuala Lumpur to support APAC digital initiatives. You will combine partner marketing, analytics, and AI-led innovations across markets, working with regional teams and business units to drive engagement and performance.

The role requires 2–3 years in digital marketing or marketing analytics, with hands-on GA4, Power BI, Excel experience and familiarity with major ad platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, campaign operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Power BI, Excel, and at least one major ad platform (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated, daily use of AI tools for content creation, research, data analysis, or workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Support partner marketing initiatives by collaborating with Business Units and partners to drive joint marketing activities and customer engagement.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through A/B testing, funnel analysis, and audience segmentation.
• Monitor and report on key marketing metrics: website traffic, engagement, leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance across markets.
