Job summary

Etiqa Insurance and Takaful is seeking a senior professional to develop, implement, and oversee policies that prevent bribery and corruption across the organization. The role collaborates with Maybank Group, legal, and compliance to ensure regulatory adherence and a culture of integrity.

Responsibilities include designing and maintaining AML/CFT and anti-bribery controls, conducting risk assessments, and reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in law, finance, economics or risk management or related field.
• Masters degree preferred (MBA or Law).
• 5–7 years in compliance, legal or risk roles with focus on anti-bribery/anti-corruption.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee policies to prevent bribery and corruption.
• Collaborate with Maybank Group, legal and compliance to ensure adherence to laws.
• Design, implement, and maintain AML/CFT and anti-bribery controls.
• Conduct risk assessments and report AML/CFT, bribery and corruption risks.
