Job summary

Crest Builder Sdn Bhd seeks a dedicated compliance professional to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ABMS policies and internal controls.

You will coordinate compliance monitoring and audits, helping identify non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are completed. You will also develop training to foster a strict zero-tolerance anti-bribery culture across all staff levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Law or Governance, Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Typically 2 to 3 years in corporate compliance, internal audit and risk management.
• Knowledge of ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System.

Responsibilities

• System implementation - Spearhead the design, execution and continuous maintenance of ABMS policies and internal controls.
• Compliance monitoring & audits - Assist and coordinate internal and external ABMS audits to identify non-conformities and track the completion of corrective actions.
• Training & awareness - Develop educational programs and communication campaigns to foster a strict zero-tolerance anti-bribery culture across all staff levels.
