Job summary

Blitz Multimedia Design in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an enthusiastic Animation Designer to join our creative team. Based in Taman OUG, you will create engaging 2D and 3D animations for commercials, corporate videos and digital content, while developing storyboards and animatics to align with client briefs.

You will collaborate with directors, designers and clients, manage timelines, maintain consistent animation style, review feedback, and stay up-to-date with trends and new tools.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations for diverse client projects, including commercials, corporate videos, digital content and marketing materials
• Develop storyboards and animatics to visualise concepts and ensure alignment with client briefs and creative direction
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver animations that exceed expectations
• Utilise industry-standard animation A.I. software and tools to produce polished final deliverables (training provided)
• Manage animation timelines and ensure projects are completed to specification and within agreed deadlines
• Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and concept development phases
• Maintain consistency in animation style and quality across all project deliverables
• Review feedback from clients and stakeholders, making revisions as needed to achieve the desired final product
• Stay current with animation trends, techniques and emerging technologies to keep our work innovative and competitive

About the role
Blitz Multimedia Design is seeking a talented Animation Designer to join our creative team. This is a full-time position based in Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur, where you will play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life through innovative and compelling animation work. As an Animation Designer, you will be at the heart of our design and animation operations, contributing to projects that span various media platforms and industries. Your work will directly impact the quality and creativity of our deliverables, making this a strategically important role within our growing design studio.

Key responsibilities
