As a Creative & Art Designer, you will play a crucial role in developing visually compelling content and designs that resonate with our audiences and support our clients' brands. This position is integral to our creative output and will allow you to showcase your talent whilst working alongside a collaborative team of professionals in the vibrant creative industry.

What you'll be doing

• Conceptualising and creating original artwork, illustrations, and visual designs for digital and print media
• Developing creative concepts and design solutions that align with client briefs and brand guidelines
• Designing graphics, layouts, and visual elements for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials
• Collaborating with other team members including copywriters, directors, and project managers to ensure cohesive creative output

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Creative & Art Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design work and artistic capabilities
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and visual composition
• Excellent visual communication skills and the ability to translate creative ideas into compelling designs
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects, whilst collaborating effectively with team members
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend design concepts
• Knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies in the creative industry
• A diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Fine Art, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in advertising, marketing, or media production is advantageous
