You will liaise with customers for testing requirements, provide technical clarifications, and support sales with laboratory expertise. This position is on-site at our Johor Bahru facility, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily chemical tests according to standard procedures and other references.
• Ensure timeliness, precision and accuracy of analytical results to meet turnaround time.
• Maintain compliance of lab activities with MS ISO/IEC17025 requirements.
• Maintain and update documentation of laboratory activities per MS ISO/IEC17025 requirements.
• Responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration of instruments/equipment.
• Liaise with customers to understand testing requirements and provide updates on sample status and results.
• Support Sales and Customer Service with technical advice on laboratory testing services when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
