Job summary

AIA Digital+ is a Technology, Digital and Analytics hub driving innovation to power AIA across Asia-Pacific. We are seeking a Business Analyst to liaise with stakeholders, analyze requirements, and define IT solutions in an Agile environment.

You will create user stories, manage SIT/UAT, and collaborate with onshore and offshore teams to deliver mobile app related projects. Join us to shape healthier, longer, better lives for millions.

Qualifications

• 2 years Business Analyst experience on mobile app projects.
• Experience in Agile working model and user story writing.
• Knowledge of software development process including software design and programming.
• Experience in a collaborative onshore/offshore team environment.
• Advanced ability in GAP analysis, process mapping, root cause analysis, and requirements gathering.
• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Insurance domain experience is advantageous but not necessary.
• Testing management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to review, analyze, and evaluate business applications and user needs.
• Perform requirements analysis, document requirements, and revise existing system logic, business processes and workflows as necessary.
• Identify business needs and define actions to improve the operation of IT systems.
• Create user stories to manage requirements in Agile working model.
• Manage internal stakeholders to drive SIT / UAT.
• Line up application teams to come out with IT solution according to user requirements.

About the Role

Responsible for business analyst roles.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to review, analyze, and evaluate business applications and user needs
• Perform requirements analysis, documents requirements, and revise existing system logic, business processes and workflows as necessary
• Identity business needs and define actions to improve the operation of IT systems
• Create user stories to manage requirements in Agile working model
• Manage internal stakeholders to drive SIT / UAT
• Line up application teams to come out with IT solution according to user requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Insurance Domain is advantageous but not necessary
• Having Testing Management experience is a plus
