Job summary

Evonik Malaysia is seeking an Analyst, Account Payable to join the global chemical leader’s finance team. You will manage AP processing, ensure compliance, and post invoices in SAP with accuracy within SLAs. You’ll interact with Local Services and COE, supporting cross-country operations and continuous process improvements.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting, 2+ years in AP or SSC, strong English communication, and a collaborative mindset to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable processes and SSC experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to group procedures, control standards and maintain documentation for audits.
• Validate and post 3rd party, InterCo invoices and employee claims into SAP within SLA.
• Collaborate with AP team and other departments to resolve issues and ensure timely closing.
