Job summary

Intel in Malaysia seeks an Analog Product Development Engineer to drive testability and manufacturability of analog/RF ICs from feasibility to ramp. You will develop test methods, validate designs, and collaborate across teams to optimize production test solutions for performance and yield.

The role involves debugging software for ATE and validating calibration/trim techniques for power and thermal circuits, with a focus on high-quality, reliable products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in analog and/or RF product development with circuit design and validation.
• Proficiency in developing and debugging software for automated test solutions and test equipment.
• Hands-on experience with DSP, BERT/Scopes, and automated test equipment (ATE).
• Ability to debug and analyze circuit functionality and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate analog and RF IC testability features aligned with design requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to implement DFT features and optimize test strategies.
• Debug and refine software programs for automated test equipment and design validation flows.
• Perform correlation studies between ATE and design validation to root cause issues.
• Characterize circuits for power and thermal performance per datasheet and standards.
• Define calibration and trimming techniques for power delivery and thermal sensing.
• Monitor production data to optimize yield and address post-release concerns.
