Job summary

AIA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a Manager to support the Head of AML Operations in planning, executing and governing strategic AML initiatives, especially AML AI model projects. You will coordinate governance, manage resources and vendor relations, and ensure timely actions across teams and markets.

Role combines business analysis, project coordination, and operational support, with opportunity for broader departmental leadership responsibilities as succession planning progresses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, IS, CS, Eng or IT.
• PM, BA, AML/Governance experience an added advantage.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead AML AI model initiatives with planning, tracking and governance.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement and governance meetings.
• Support resource planning, budgeting and onboarding logistics.
• Document requirements, support UAT and maintain user guides.
• Prepare dashboards and progress reports for senior management.
