Centauri Services and Technology Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks an experienced Customer Due Diligence (KYB) Operations Specialist to handle onboarding reviews and AML/CDD processes. The role requires navigating KYB policies and risk assessments with accuracy and efficiency.

You will verify documents, liaise with customers for missing information, and ensure adherence to AML procedures while delivering high-quality support in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years’ experience in AML and CDD/EDD review or in a KYC work domain.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Complete comprehensive reviews of incoming customer onboarding cases and apply KYB policy.
• Review KYB documents using validation tools and reputable sources to verify AML documentation.
• Request CDD/EDD documentation to ensure AML onboarding compliance.
• Follow up on pending CDD/EDD requests within the defined SLAs.
• Investigate matches from sanctions screening and take appropriate action.
• Provide information to management on AML/CDD issues.
• Maintain high-quality service levels and escalate where appropriate.
• Support enhancement of the CDD function and procedures.
• Manage specific projects as they arise.
