Job summary

SITA Group is seeking an experienced Solution & Design Authority Lead to oversee the overall technical architecture for airport technology and managed services programmes. The role ensures proposals and deliveries meet customer requirements, security standards, and enterprise principles, acting as the technical authority across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solution architecture or systems engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of airport technologies, ICT infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and design governance processes.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture across airport operational technologies, ICT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, cybersecurity, and managed services.
• Chair design reviews and architecture assurance processes; establish technical standards and engineering best practices.
• Support business development and pursuit activities through technical leadership and solution demonstrations.
• Identify technical risks, constraints, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and alternative designs.
• Ensure compliance with airport operational requirements, industry standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Provide technical oversight during implementation, integration, testing, and commissioning.
