Air China Limited in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Operations Assistant to handle and supervise passenger check-in, boarding gate, and apron operations at KLIA. The role requires coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and to perform assigned administrative duties.
You must be willing to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts, possess a Diploma, and have full working rights in Malaysia.
Handle and supervise passenger check-in, boarding gate, and apron operations at the airport.
Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Perform administative and operational duties as assigned by management.
Manage time and tasks efficiently to support smooth office and airport operations.
Being able to address and resolve challenges that arise in the office.
Multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a dynamic work environment.

Maintain a professional and well-groomed apprearance at all times.

Requirements:
Must have full working rights for Malaysia.
Age not exceeding 35 years.
Required skills: strong proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English , and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma Certificate in any field.
Dedicated, motivated, responsible, with a good working attitude and willingness to learn.
Must be willing to work on shifts, weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
Must possess a valid driving license; more than one year of experience in a related field preferred.
Competent in MS Office.
Possess own transport and willing to commute to KLIA (Kuala Lumpur International Airport) for work.
