Job summary

Tourism Integration Travel Malaysia SDN BHD is seeking an Airfare Specialist to support airfare management and distribution across Australasia and Asia Pacific markets. You will analyse fare rules, booking classes and ticketing, and ensure competitive fares are correctly distributed through Jettzy.

The role requires 3–5 years in airline or OTA environments, strong knowledge of Amadeus/Travelport, and the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams, in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in airline, OTA, TMC, GDS, or similar travel business.
• Strong practical knowledge of Amadeus and/or Travelport.
• Solid understanding of airline fares, fare rules, booking classes and ticketing.
• Experience with ticketing, reissue and refunds.
• Ability to analyse fares across sources and competitors.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse airline fares, fare rules, and ticketing conditions.
• Compare fares against competitors to identify pricing gaps.
• Identify suitable fares and supply sources for different markets.
• Work with airlines, GDSs, and distribution teams to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to translate requirements into system rules.
• Provide recommendations on fare competitiveness and distribution opportunities.
