Job summary

Gain City Parts Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technical Supervisor to lead the air-condition installation and service team. The role involves planning daily tasks for technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship, and enforcing safety standards across on-site work.

Ideal candidates will have a Diploma/Certificate in Air-Conditioning/Refrigeration/Electrical and at least 5 years of air-cond experience, including 2 years in a leadership capacity.

Qualifications

• Diploma, certificate, or equivalent in Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Electrical.
• 5+ years of experience in air-conditioning work, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assign daily jobs to technicians.
• Check the quality of installation and servicing work.
• Ensure the team follows safety rules.
• Train and guide senior and junior technicians.
• Handle customer complaints and site problems.
• Report job progress to management.
• Check tools, materials, and spare parts.
