Job summary

Qualifications

• Malaysian citizen.
• Undergraduate or graduate in any field of study.
• CGPA 3.0 or above (or equivalent).
• Commit to the full internship duration (min 12 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, fixes and new products.
• Create presentations and documentation including SOPs and system guides.
• Track project progress and obtain status updates from stakeholders.
• Contribute to AI initiative by analyzing workflows and deploying AI-driven improvements.
• Carry out other tasks as directed by the Head of Department.
