Job summary

DECODE MODUS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Trainer to lead workshops for business owners and their teams, delivering both in-person and online sessions. You will demonstrate AI tools live, guide hands-on exercises, and help participants apply AI to their own businesses.

We are an AI training and marketing company based in Taman Connaught, Cheras. We teach business owners and their teams how to use AI in their daily work. We are looking for an AI Trainer who can hold a room and knows the tools hands-on.

Training

Deliver our AI workshops to business owners and their teams, in person and online.

Demonstrate AI tools live and guide participants through hands-on exercises.

Help participants apply AI to their own business.

Collect feedback after each class and report what to improve.

Turn our course framework into lesson plans, slides, exercises and demos.

Keep the course materials current as AI tools change.

Adapt the course into shorter talks, webinars and corporate sessions.

Research

Test new AI tools and features every week.

Share what matters with the team and recommend what to add to or drop from our courses.

What we are looking for

2 years or more of training, teaching or presenting to adults.

You use AI tools every day, hands-on, beyond basic prompting.

Confident in front of a room of business owners.

You explain complex things in simple words.

Strong spoken and written English.

Nice to have

Experience training business owners or SME teams

Your own AI content online: videos, posts or a community

A background in business, marketing or operations

RM4,500 to RM6,000 a month.
