Premier Plus Property Group is seeking an AI Specialist who is passionate about Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital innovation to enhance daily operations and content creation.

You will identify and implement AI tools, develop AI-assisted marketing content, prompts, and workflows, and train staff while staying updated with AI trends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in AI, CS, IT, or Digital disciplines.
• Practical experience with ChatGPT or other AI tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new technology.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI and other AI-powered toolsto enhance productivity.
• Develop AI-assisted marketing content, social media posts, videos, presentations and sales materials.
• Create effective AI prompts and workflowsfor different departments.
• Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve work efficiency.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in generating property-related content using AI.
• Analyse and recommend new AI tools that can benefit the company.
• Conduct basic training and sharing sessions to help staff use AI effectively.
• Maintain and organise AI-generated content, templates and workflows.
• Keep updated with the latest AI trends, tools and technologies.
