Job summary

Premier Plus Property Sdn Bhd is seeking an AI-focused specialist to drive the adoption of AI tools across the business. You will develop AI-assisted marketing content, social posts, and sales materials while creating prompts and workflows for multiple departments.

You will also train staff, maintain AI-generated content, and stay updated with the latest AI trends and tools to continually improve efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in AI, CS, IT or Digital.
• Practical experience with ChatGPT or similar AI tools is a plus.
• Good prompt engineering understanding and AI-assisted content creation.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Identify and implement AI tools and solutions to improve daily business operations.
• Use AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva AI and other AI-powered tools to enhance productivity.
• Develop AI-assisted marketing content, social media posts, videos, presentations and sales materials.
• Create effective AI prompts and workflows for different departments.
• Explore opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve work efficiency.
• Support the Sales & Marketing team in generating property-related content using AI.
• Analyse and recommend new AI tools that can benefit the company.
• Conduct basic training and sharing sessions to help staff use AI effectively.
• Maintain and organise AI-generated content, templates and workflows.
• Keep updated with the latest AI trends, tools and technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma / Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, IT, Digital
• Practical experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools is an advantage.
• Good understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted content creation.
• Creative, proactive and willing to experiment with new technology.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Excel, automation tools or other digital platforms will be an added advantage.
