Job summary

Axi is seeking a seasoned software engineer to join our AI/ML product teams in Malaysia. You will build front-end components using Next.js, React, and Vue, and implement secure back-end APIs in Node.js or Python, integrating AI models and automation tools.

You will improve product reliability, contribute to architecture reviews, and help scale adoption across markets while collaborating with cross-functional teams. A strong background in fintech or financial services is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in AI, software engineering, or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience with AI Agents, AI applications, or LLM-based solutions in production.
• Proven track record scaling and enhancing AI products across teams or markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain front-end components using Next.js/React/Vue with good UI/UX.
• Implement secure and scalable backend APIs in Node.js or Python and integrate AI models.
• Build features and automations including RPA (UiPath/Power Automate).
• Improve product performance, reliability, and localization quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to architecture reviews.
