Job summary

ARRK Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a software engineer to design and implement AI-powered tools that support engineers in daily development workflows. You will integrate LLMs, AI APIs and services into practical software, focusing on context management, embeddings, and retrieval for large codebases and docs.

Collaboration across multi-country teams is expected, with emphasis on proactive architecture discussions.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain AI-powered software tools for engineers.
• Integrate LLMs and AI services into practical software solutions.
• Develop context management, embeddings, and token optimization for AI models.
• Build retrieval-based solutions with vector search and embeddings.
• Develop components for processing source code and technical documentation.
• Prototype and evaluate new AI approaches and tools.
• Build integrations between AI tools and developer ecosystems.
• Develop backend services and APIs for AI-powered applications.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing on AI development best practices.
• Explore emerging AI technologies to improve developer productivity.
