Job summary

BOSS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL SDN BHD in Subang Jaya is seeking an AI Software Engineer to develop full-stack applications with a focus on AI-powered solutions and AI API integration.

You will work on backend services, AI features, and integration with LLM platforms; 3–5 years of software development experience and hands-on AI/Generative AI knowledge are required; HRMS/ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS, software engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably full-stack.
• Hands-on AI/Generative AI development experience.
• Experience with HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or business applications is a plus.

Job description

We are looking for an AI Software Engineer with a strong interest and capability in AI development. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing full-stack applications while focusing on AI-powered solutions, AI API integration, design, coding, automation, and maintaining in HR Management System. Candidates with hands‑on experience in AI/LLM model fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, Python, and API integration will be highly preferred.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE:

Build and maintain core backend services and middleware that connect downstream applications to AI capabilities.

Focus on AI-related development and application integration.

Integrate AI/LLM APIs such as Meta Llama or other AI platforms into business applications.

Develop AI-powered features, automation tools, and internal solutions.

Build and maintain backend APIs and frontend interfaces.

Work with databases, cloud services, and software development frameworks.

Evaluate and implement new AI technologies to improve business processes.

Troubleshoot, test, optimise, and maintain application performance.

Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into practical AI solutions.

AI / GENERATIVE AI

Experience with Meta Llama or other LLM APIs.

Knowledge of Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.

Experience developing AI-powered applications or chatbots.

Knowledge of machine learning concepts is an advantage.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.

3–5 years of software development experience, preferably with full-stack development.

Demonstrated experience in AI/Generative AI development.

Strong coding and problem-solving skills.

Experience in HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or business application development is an advantage.
