Job summary

BOSS SOLUTIONS GLOBAL SDN BHD in Subang Jaya is seeking an AI Software Engineer to develop full-stack applications with a focus on AI-powered solutions and AI API integration.

You will work on backend services, AI features, and integration with LLM platforms; 3–5 years of software development experience and hands-on AI/Generative AI knowledge are required; HRMS/ERP exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in CS, software engineering, IT, or related field.
• 3–5 years of software development experience, preferably full-stack.
• Hands-on AI/Generative AI development experience.
• Experience with HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or business applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services connecting to AI capabilities.
• Develop AI-powered features and automation tools.
• Integrate AI/LLM APIs into business applications.
• Develop backend APIs and frontend interfaces.
• Work with databases, cloud services, and frameworks.
• Evaluate and implement new AI technologies to improve processes.
• Troubleshoot, test, optimise and maintain performance.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to translate requirements into AI solutions.
