Job summary

Dell Technologies in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Advisor for Services Project/Program Management to drive complex AI deployments and cross-functional delivery. You will build dashboards, track milestones, risks, and benefits, and collaborate with sales, customers, partners, and support teams.

The role leads projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality constraints, traveling extensively in Malaysia and SE Asia to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing large-scale AI deployments (100-300 NVL72 racks or large number of GPU servers).
• Deployment of AI servers and network switches across multiple vendors.
• Experience in project management of storage/compute solutions; GenAI infra is a plus.
• Strong English business communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and SE Asia.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality across their duration.
• Collaborates with external clients to monitor initiatives from initiation to delivery.
• Organizes cross-functional activities to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Mediates internal priorities and maintains documentation of changes.
