Job summary

MR. ROBOT is seeking an AI Engineer to develop, train, and optimise AI models for stock replenishment and retail robotics. You will enhance robot intelligence using real-world data, and work at the intersection of AI development and embedded deployment.

The role involves collaborating with AI, robotics, and engineering teams, leveraging edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson, and integrating with ROS/ROS2 environments to drive practical robotic capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's in AI/CS/ML/Robotics/Data Science or related field.
2–4 years in AI/ML, computer vision, robotics AI, or related technical role.
Strong Python proficiency and AI model development experience.
Experience with image/video/robotics datasets and CV techniques.

Responsibilities

Develop, train, fine-tune, and optimise AI models for stock replenishment and retail robotics.
Work with perception models to improve robot understanding and task execution.
Experiment with model architectures, training strategies, and optimisation approaches.
Evaluate model performance in structured tests and real-world scenarios.
Improve accuracy, robustness, and generalisation of AI models.
Prepare and structure datasets for AI development and training pipelines.
Integrate AI models with robotics systems and edge computing environments.
