Job summary

Malaysia Airports Berhad seeks a senior AI leader to spearhead strategic AI/Data initiatives, shape the AI framework, and drive enterprise-wide AI adoption. You will lead the AI Center of Excellence, collaborate with data scientists, engineers and stakeholders, and ensure scalable, responsible AI solutions across MAHB's aviation ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in driving AI initiatives and product development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across management levels.
• Deep knowledge of AI tools and Google Gemini components.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, deep learning, NLP, and computer vision.
• Experience with MLOps and end-to-end ML lifecycle management.
• Ability to architect scalable AI solutions and data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI/Data initiatives across MAHB to drive business performance and customer experience.
• Define AI use cases, manage model lifecycle from prototype to deployment, and ensure fairness and transparency.
• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver value-driven AI products.
• Oversee AI data architecture, feature stores, data governance, and data prep for training and inference.
• Drive change management and foster data/AI literacy within the organization.
