Job summary

OneCredit in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the Data & AI portfolio, including financial document extraction, litigation intelligence, and credit scoring. You will engage directly with banks and enterprises, define product direction, and decide what the team builds and why.

You’ll lead planning, prioritization across a 10+ data science/ML engineering team, measure quality, and shape evaluation strategies. This is a fintech product role in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Shipped AI/ML products to production with measurable outcomes.
• Direct experience talking to banks and enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to define PRDs, RFCs, and roadmaps for AI products.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for our key AI/ML products and define success metrics.
• Run customer discovery with banks and enterprises; participate in RFIs/POCs.
• Drive sprint planning, prioritization, and timelines across projects.
• Define what 'good' looks like and shape evaluation strategies with ML engineers.
• Lead model selection and balance quality, cost, and latency trade-offs.
• Spot new data sources and advocate for high-impact products.
• Keep leadership informed on shipped work, risks, and plans.
