Job summary

ONEVERSE TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. seeks an AI Product Executive to drive development, launch, and growth of AI-enabled products and services in a SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Technology, Marketing, and Business Development to identify opportunities, monitor trends, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives that accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in product management or related role within a SaaS/tech environment.
• Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience with Excel, dashboards, analytics platforms, and product performance metrics.
• Basic understanding of SaaS product and funnel metrics.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to derive insights from data and market developments.
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, market intelligence, and commercial execution, helping turn emerging AI trends and customer opportunities into actionable product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support product roadmap planning and go-to-market rollout of AI products and services.

Monitor emerging AI trends, customer needs, and market signals to identify new product and service opportunities.

Contribute ideas and insights for new offerings, product enhancements, and feature directions.

Track product adoption, funnel performance, and other key metrics to support reporting and product decisions.

Work cross-functionally with Technology, Marketing, and Business Development teams to coordinate product initiatives and launches.

Translate market and performance insights into actionable recommendations for product development and growth.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in product management, business operations, product operations, or a related role within a SaaS or technology environment.

Degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred; candidates with equivalent practical experience are welcome.

Comfortable working with Excel, dashboards, analytics platforms, and product performance metrics.

Basic understanding of SaaS product and funnel metrics.

Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw meaningful insights from data and market developments.

Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Curious about AI and emerging technology, with a creative approach to identifying and solving problems.
