Job summary

Keysight Technologies is seeking a senior program leader to orchestrate a portfolio of digitalization and AI initiatives across NPI, driving productivity and value. You will manage Project Managers, Project Planners, and Product Owners, partnering with AI, Data, and Software teams to deliver scalable AI and digital solutions.

You will own strategy, planning, execution, and release governance to ensure timely delivery that improves internal R&D efficiency and meets external customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex programs in digitalization, software, data, or AI domains.
• Proven experience managing portfolios of cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong leadership experience managing program/project teams.
• Excellent executive communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
