Job summary

ELS Technology is seeking a Content Marketing Executive / Sr. Executive in Kuala Lumpur who enjoys writing, storytelling, and turning ideas into engaging content for digital channels and campaigns.

You'll create content to explain our technology solutions, support brand messaging, and collaborate with the marketing team on launches and ongoing campaigns. A portfolio of writing samples is required, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, content marketing or related field
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to write across multiple formats, particularly website copy, social posts, articles, emails and campaign materials
• Creative thinking, good research skills and a strong sense of storytelling
• Ability to simplify complex ideas and communicate them clearly
• Familiarity with AI-assisted writing or content-creation tools
• A portfolio of writing samples is required
• Added advantage: Chinese language proficiency, SEO knowledge, e-commerce or technology content experience, and familiarity with Canva or AI-powered graphic and multimedia tools

Responsibilities

• Write website copy, landing pages, social media posts, articles, email campaigns and newsletters
• Develop case studies, campaign materials, product stories and other marketing content
• Research customer needs, industry trends and relevant topics to create useful, audience-focused content
• Turn product features and technical concepts into clear, engaging customer benefits
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across different channels
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, product launches and content planning
• Use AI-powered tools to support research, writing and creative production while ensuring content quality and accuracy
• Review content performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and effectiveness
