You will provide reactive and proactive API support, review activities and maintain documentation, and collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality API support.

You’ll build strong relationships with API product owners, contribute to roadmaps and service quality improvements, and thrive in a multinational, English-speaking environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in information technology or related field.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in technical customer support, API support or similar customer-facing IT role.
