Job summary

DHL IT Services is seeking an AI Platform Software Engineer to join the Platform Engineering Transformation Team in Cyberjaya. You will help build and improve the Agentic AI Platform that hosts AI agents, handling development, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance.

You'll work with Java, Python, Google ADK, React, Kafka, PostgreSQL, Google GKE, and Apigee Gateway, collaborating with teams across locations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a software engineering role with a solid understanding of DevOps and software development.
• Proficient in CI/CD and DevOps; scripting languages.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with AI Agent development.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, Git, Kafka, and monitoring tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Platform development – From idea to deployment.
• Platform maintenance and support – patching and bug fixing; cloud services and Kubernetes.
• Collaboration – strong communication; cross-region teamwork.
