Job summary

Ventamin Sdn Bhd, a DTC wellness brand led by Dr Ingky, seeks a hands-on AI creative role for generating AI-driven ads. You will work with the Paid Ads Manager and Frontier AI Lead to produce AI UGC videos from scripts, craft static image ads for Meta, and create multiple variations of winning ads.

Based in Shah Alam, this in-person role prioritizes making content over research, with opportunities to test new AI tools and grow a portfolio of real ad work on real budgets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce AI video ads using AI video and voice tools that look authentic.
• Maintain library of prompts for hooks and scenes for repeatable results.
• Create and edit static ad images with AI tools and Canva.
• Generate fresh ad variations from winning campaigns using AI and editing tools.
• Run assets through a campaign readiness checklist (product, claims, text, aspect ratio).
• Maintain file naming, folders, versions and trace variations to winners.
• Track competing brands and test new AI tools for usefulness.

This role is for someone already deep into AI creative tools who wants to apply that skill to real ads with real marketing budget behind them. You will work alongside the Paid Ads Manager and Frontier AI Lead, generating AI UGC videos from scripts, building static image ads for Meta, and producing variations of ads that are already winning. Most of your week will be spent making things, not researching them.

This is an in-person role, based at our office in Shah Alam, Selangor.

About the role

This role is for someone already deep into AI creative tools who wants to apply that skill to real ads with real marketing budget behind them. You will work alongside the Paid Ads Manager and Frontier AI Lead, generating AI UGC videos from scripts, building static image ads for Meta, and producing variations of ads that are already winning. Most of your week will be spent making things, not researching them.

This is an in-person role, based at our office in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Key responsibilities

• Take scripts and produce video ads with AI video and voice tools that say what the script says, look like a real person, and hold up as an ad
• Keep a working library of prompts for hooks, characters, scenes, and product shots so results are repeatable
• Create and edit static ad images using AI image tools together with Canva
• Take winning ads apart, work out what wroks, and produce fresh versions with new hooks, openings, visuals, and formats using AI tools and basic editing tools
• Run every asset against a checklist before it goes into a campaign to verify product, label, claims, text, aspect ratio
• Maintain file naming, folders, versions, and clear records of which variation came from which winner
• Track what other brands are running and test new AI tools to determine what's useful

Apply if you

• Have hands-on use of AI creative tools, including video (Kling, Veo, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Hedra) or image (Midjourney, Flux, Nano Banana, Ideogram, Seedream), plus any voice (ElevenLabs) or editing (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, After Effects) work you have done
• Have the ability to look at a bad output and work out what to change
• Have a careful eye for detail, including noticing errors like the sixth finger, melted text, wrong bottle, or wrong pronunciation
• Are currently enrolled in university in Computer Science, AI, Data, Design, Media, Marketing, or any other field if you can show the work
• Are willing to ask questions when unsure

Good to have (Not a must have)

• Any coding at all. Python, JavaScript, or API work will get used here, but the role does not depend on it
• ComfyUI, LoRA training, or any experience keeping a face or a product consistent across generations
• Familiarity with Facebook and Instagram ads
• Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness
