Job summary

FunNow Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an AI Management Trainee (Intern) to rotate across departments and contribute to AI tooling and automation initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in digital transformation and learn to apply AI in business operations.

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or have a Bachelor's/Master's degree, with familiarity in ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor, plus basic Python or SQL and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (STEM, business, or social science background preferred).
• Familiarity with at least one of the following: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.
• Experience using automation tools like n8n.
• Basic knowledge of Python or SQL is an advantage.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Good problem-solving ability and structured thinking.
• Curiosity and willingness to self-learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• AI Application and Workflow Optimization: analyze workflows and identify AI/automation opportunities; execute proofs-of-concept when applicable.
• Cross-Departmental Rotation: rotate through CEO office, corporate operations, business, operations, marketing, or HR to solve problems using AI solutions.
• Data Gathering and Insight Reporting: summarize use cases and results in internal reports; automate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT).
• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing: stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools; organize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applications.

THE POSITION: AI Management Trainee (Intern)

As an AI-driven management trainee, you will rotate across departments and participate in real-world projects to help integrate AI tools and automation into business operations. This role is designed to develop future team leads who can contribute to digital transformation and data-informed decision-making.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• AI Application and Workflow Optimization
  • Analyze workflows and identify opportunities for AI or automation enhancements; execute proof-of-concept when applicable
  • Assist in implementing tools such as ChatGPT, Notion AI, n8n, or Cursor.
• Cross-Departmental Rotation
  • Rotate through CEO office, corporate operations , business, operations, marketing, or HR teams to solve real problems using AI solutions
  • Support documentation of improved processes and create internal guides for AI usage
• Data Gathering and Insight Reporting
  • Summarize use cases and results in internal reports
  • Automate routine data tasks or dashboard updates (e.g., Google Sheets + GPT integrations)
• Continuous Learning and Knowledge Sharing
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging AI tools
  • Organize and deliver internal sharing sessions or proposals for new AI applications
