Job summary

Xingyun Group in Malaysia is seeking a fresh graduate to join the AI infrastructure team. The role involves daily infrastructure operations, deployment support, and incident response while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

You will use Python for automation, work with Linux, Docker, and cloud technologies, and contribute to system monitoring, documentation, and ongoing learning in AI/ML environments.

Qualifications

• 2026 graduate with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or another mainstream deep learning framework.
• Good understanding of Linux administration, Docker, cloud computing, server hardware, data center infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and GPU architecture.
• Able to develop automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Bash.
• Proficient in English for international communication and technical documentation.
• Strong interest in AI infrastructure and cloud technologies, with fast learning and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily inspection, basic configuration, operational monitoring, and initial hardware fault diagnosis of compute nodes, servers, and network equipment.
• Support the technical team in setting up system environments, conducting software and hardware testing, deploying solutions, and preparing/updating technical documentation such as SOPs and operation & maintenance logs.
• Respond promptly to day-to-day technical issues, document incidents, perform initial troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and elevate complex issues while collaborating with senior engineers to resolve them.
• Serve as a technical liaison, working closely with the business development and delivery teams to provide pre-sales technical support, on-site assistance, and day-to-day responses to customer technical inquiries.
