Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent.
• 3+ years building enterprise apps with modern full-stack, API, data, and cloud tech.
• Hands-on AI-first engineering with AI-assisted software delivery in modern environments.
• Experience with GitHub Enterprise and GitHub Copilot; exposure to Azure AI features preferred.
• Skilled in Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing and modern architecture patterns.

Responsibilities

• Apply AI-first engineering practices across the full software lifecycle.
• Create clear specifications, architecture decisions, and acceptance criteria.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain cloud-native full-stack apps.
• Ensure code quality, security, and production readiness with AI tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, security, and operations to translate business goals.
• Review designs and code for alignment with enterprise standards.
• Investigate incidents and automate for continuous improvement.
