Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS data pipelines and services.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala; experience with Spark/Hadoop and ETL/ELT tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing data.
• Develop and maintain Airflow DAGs to orchestrate pipelines and monitor health.
• Collaborate with analysts to implement data transformations for reporting.
• Perform research on data sources relevant to property development and other domains.
• Develop web-scraping scripts to acquire openly available data.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment and testing of data pipelines.
• Utilize Azure and AWS services to architect and manage data solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize pipeline performance and reliability.
• Design and build AI agent solutions using LangChain or CrewAI, with multi-agent workflows.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines to ground LLM outputs in company data.
