Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Technical, Education, or related fields.
• Experience in training or teaching within a manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Train and certify operators, onboard new hires and recertify existing staff.
• Deliver cross-training and multi-skill development to improve workforce flexibility.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, OPLs, ECNs, and manufacturing standards.
• Monitor and verify operator competency through assessments and records.
• Lead AI adoption and digital learning initiatives on the production line.
