Job summary

Maxis is seeking a Proactive Network Experience Management Intern to develop AI-driven analytics and monitoring solutions in a telecom setting. You will work on anomaly detection, data pipelines, and dashboards to support proactive network performance monitoring.

You will gain hands-on experience in AI/ML workflows, feature engineering, and evaluating model performance within a real-world telecom environment, contributing to improved customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s degree.
• Strong programming skills in Python and data analytics.
• Interest in AI, ML, and automated monitoring solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and testing ML models for anomaly detection and data-driven insights.
• Designing AI agents to automate data analysis and monitoring workflows.
• Collecting, cleaning, integrating, and analyzing data from network performance and CEM systems.
• Building data pipelines, dashboards, and analytical tools for proactive monitoring.
• Collaborating with engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to validate models.
